Corn Hill Townhouse & Garden Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment and townhome community in Cornhill, Rochester. Our 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses for rent offer policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome small cats and dogs with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee. We also require a monthly charge of pet rent, which is $40.00 for cats and $60.00 for dogs. Breed restrictions do apply. Pet interview required.
